Peter Earnest (January 1, 1934 – February 13, 2022) was an American intelligence officer. He was the first director of the International Spy Museum.

Francisca "Frances" Muñoz (September 17, 1930 – October 17, 2022) was an American judge. She was "the first Latina trial judge in California".

Ketil Børde (3 February 1935 – 27 February 2022) was a Norwegian civil servant and diplomat.
He was born in Oslo, is a political scientist by education and was hired in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1959. He became deputy under-secretary of state there in 1981 before serving as Norway's ambassador to Switzerland from 1985 to 1989. Following a period as special adviser in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1991 to 1994, he was Norway's ambassador to Sweden from 1994 to 2000.

Miss.Tic (born Radhia Novat; 20 February 1956 – 22 May 2022) was a French artist. She was known for her stencils of dark-haired women seen in the streets of Paris and associated with poetry. She was active as a street artist from 1985 onward.

Berit Berthelsen (née Tøien, 25 April 1944 – 13 February 2022) was a Norwegian athlete. She represented IL Tyrving, as well as her national team.

James Henderson Jr. (May 16, 1942 – December 30, 2022) was an American politician who was a member of the Arizona State Senate. He served seven terms in the Senate from January 1985 through January 1999, representing district 3.: vii : vii : vii : vii : vii : vii : vii  He ran for an eighth term in 2000, but was narrowly defeated in the Democratic primary by Jack C. Jackson.

Edgar Rice Updegraff (March 1, 1922 – December 23, 2022) was an American amateur golfer and urologist.

Harry K. Yee (September 26, 1918 – December 7, 2022) was an American bartender from Honolulu, Hawaii, who was credited with having helped to spread tiki culture during the mid-twentieth century, both in Hawaii and in the continental United States. He invented the Blue Hawaii cocktail, and is attributed with being the first bartender to use paper parasols and vanda orchids in tiki drinks.

Bert Dail Seabourn (July 9, 1931 – November 17, 2022) was an American expressionist painter, known for his stylized and nonrepresentational neo-expressionist artist. In his early career, he published comic book art and realistic pieces, as well as commercial art. He has won multiple awards for his artworks. An alumnus of Oklahoma City University, the school awarded him the honorary degree of Doctor of Humane Letters in 1997.
