Casey_Sheehan

Cindy Lee Sheehan (née Miller; born July 10, 1957) is an American anti-war activist, whose son, U.S. Army Specialist Casey Sheehan, was killed by enemy action during the Iraq War. She attracted national and international media attention in August 2005 for her extended antiwar protest at a makeshift camp outside President George W. Bush's Texas ranch—a stand that drew both passionate support and criticism. Sheehan ran unsuccessfully for Congress in 2008. She was a vocal critic of President Barack Obama's foreign policy. Her memoir, Peace Mom: A Mother's Journey Through Heartache to Activism, was published in 2006. In an interview with The Daily Beast in 2017, Sheehan continued to hold her critical views towards George W. Bush, while also criticizing the militarism of Donald Trump.Sheehan was the 2012 vice-presidential nominee of the Peace and Freedom Party, and received 1.2% of the statewide vote in the 2014 California gubernatorial election.

Sigurd Thinn (born September 23, 1957) is a former Norwegian ice hockey player. He was born in Oslo, Norway and played for the club Vålerengens IF. He played for the Norwegian national ice hockey team at the 1988 Winter Olympics.Thinn has also played for Furuset and Bergen.

Øivind Løsåmoen (born 13 October 1957) is a former Norwegian ice hockey player. He was born in Oslo and played for the clubs Furuset IF and Storhamar IL. He played for the Norwegian national ice hockey team at the 1980 and 1984 Winter Olympics.

Kjell_Lars_Berge

Kjell Lars Berge (born 23 December 1957) is a Norwegian text linguist.
He graduated from the University of Oslo with a cand.philol. degree in 1985. From 1987 to 1992 he was a lecturer in Norwegian language and literature at Stockholm University. He was then a research fellow at the University of Trondheim from 1992 to 1995, and took the doctorate at that institution in 1996. However, already from 1995 he had been an associate professor of text linguistics at the University of Oslo. He was promoted to professor in 1997. In addition to text linguistics, his special fields are semiotics and rhetoric. In 2009 he was given an honorary degree at the Örebro University.Berge was the chair of the Norwegian Non-Fiction Writers and Translators Association from 2005 to 2008.

Hege_Peikli

Hege Peikli (born 23 April 1957) is a Norwegian cross-country skier. She was born in Oslo, and represented the club Lambertseter IL. She competed at the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid, where she placed 37th in the 10 km.

Erling_Havnå

Erling Mathias Havnå (born 2 November 1957) of Arendal, Norway, is a former kickboxer and convicted criminal.
In 2005, Erling Havnå was charged and prosecuted for participating in the NOKAS armed robbery of 2004, together with David Toska and twelve other men. On 10 March 2006 the Stavanger court of law sentenced Havnå to 17 years of imprisonment for this felony. This was later reduced to 14 years. One police officer was shot and killed in the robbery.
Havnå won a silver medal in full-contact at the W.A.K.O. European Championships 1979 and stepped up to be the European Champion in 1980. Eleven years later, in 1991, he won the silver medal in the World Championship. With his fifth degree black belt, acquired in 2003, Erling Havnå is the highest ranked Norwegian kickboxer of all time. He is the brother of former professional boxer Magne Havnå.

Anne Krafft (born 3 April 1957 in Oslo, Norway) is an artist, producing oil and acrylic paintings, graphic arts, drawings, ceramics, glass and digital photography. Formal education was received in Trondheim, Norway at the Trondheim Academy of Fine Art (Kunstakademiet i Trondheim) in 1977–81.

Brasil Urgente mostly deals with urban violence and crime in various regions of Brazil, often covering and commenting on homicides and crime in general. He started his career in radio before becoming a television presenter on a sports show, and later moving on to the show he currently hosts on Rede Bandeirantes.
