Tancred Ibsen Jr. (6 July 1921 – 11 February 2015) was a Norwegian diplomat.
He was born in Kristiania as a son of Tancred Ibsen and Lillebil Ibsen. He was the great-grandson of both playwright Henrik Ibsen and Nobel Prize laureate Bjørnstjerne Bjørnson. He had two daughters, Nora Ibsen and Hedda Ibsen. He finished Oslo Commerce School in 1939 before taking the cand.oecon. degree in 1943 and the cand.jur. degree in 1946. He started working for the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1947, and was promoted to assistant secretary in 1960. He held various positions between 1962 and 1968, before serving as the Norwegian ambassador to Hungary from 1968 to 1973, to Egypt from 1973 to 1979, to the People's Republic of China from 1979 to 1982, to India from 1982 to 1986 and to Greece from 1986 to 1989.While serving in India he also covered Sri Lanka and the Maldives.He was decorated as a Commander of the Order of St. Olav. After retiring he settled in Lillesand.

Ricardo E. Alegría Gallardo (April 14, 1921 – July 7, 2011) was a Puerto Rican scholar, cultural anthropologist and archaeologist known as the "father of modern Puerto Rican archaeology".

Oswaldo Enrique López Arellano (30 June 1921 – 16 May 2010) was a Honduran politician who twice served as the President of Honduras, first from 1963 to 1971 and again from 1972 until 1975.

Gustavo Couttolenc Cortés (6 December 1921 – 7 February 2015) was a Mexican writer and academic who specialized in the translation of Latin-language works into Spanish.
Born in Uruapan, Michoacán, Couttolenc completed his studies in Latin, philosophy and theology at the Conciliar Seminar of Mexico, where he would eventually serve as a professor for over fifty years, starting in 1948. A doctor in Letras Hispánicas at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), he was named a full member (académico de número) of the Mexican Academy of Language in 1998.Couttolenc became an honorary canon of the Mexico City Metropolitan Cathedral in 1986 and two years later, he was presented with the title of monsignor by the Holy See. He died at the age of ninety-four.

Sergio Bruni (stage name of Guglielmo Chianese; 15 September 1921 – 22 June 2003) was a popular Italian singer, guitarist, and songwriter. He was often called "The Voice of Naples".He was born in the commune of Villaricca, near Naples, Italy. At nine years of age, he started attending a school of music. Two years later he was playing clarinet in a local band, which was his first experience as a musician. In 1938 the family moved to Chiaiano, where he started work as a labourer.
In September 1943, while convalescing from the army at home, he heard of the uprising against German troops in Naples. With a number of acquaintances, he joined a group of volunteers to oppose the German army in the vicinity. While returning from an action he was seriously injured in a fire-fight with German soldiers, which left him with a permanent limp. After his release from hospital, he returned to studying music under Vittorio Parisi and had his singing debut at the Royal Theatre in Naples on 14 May 1944.In October 1944 he won a singing competition which resulted in a contract with Radio Naples, where he worked under the guidance of Gino Campese.
In 1948, he married Maria Cerulli. They had four daughters.
Over the following years, he had many successes, both live and recordings. In 1960, he returned to his home in Naples to concentrate on Neapolitan songs. He had a big hit with Carmela (1975), which has since become a classic of the Neapolitan genre, and this was followed up by the album 'a maschera Pulecenella, which led to major television and stage appearances the following year.
In March 2000, he left Naples to join his daughters in Rome. In 2001, he recorded his last song, sung with Lino Blandizzi. He died in hospital in Rome on 22 June 2003.

Arve Opsahl (14 May 1921 – 29 April 2007) was a Norwegian movie and stage actor, singer and stand-up comedian.
Opsahl began his career as a comedian in 1942, and played numerous roles both on stage and in more than forty movies. He was then chosen to be the head of Olsenbanden, Egon Olsen. He played Egon Olsen in the first movie in 1969, and in all other 13 movies, until the last one in 1999. He is also well known for his role as the old man "Henry" in the Norwegian sitcom Mot i brøstet, airing from 1993 to 1997. He reprised the role for the reunion film Tusenårsfesten in 1999.

Julieta Pinto (31 July 1921 – 22 December 2022) was a Costa Rican educator and writer. She was a recipient of the Aquileo J. Echeverría Award.

Georges-Paul Wagner (26 February 1921 - 11 June 2006) was a French lawyer, monarchist and deputy of the far-right National Front (FN).
He was first an activist of the Action française (AF) monarchist movement, and then participated in 1971 to the creation of the Nouvelle Action française (NAF) along with Bertrand Renouvin. Opposed to the NAF's policies in the name of the hard-wing, he distanced himself from it in 1974. Wagner was elected deputy of the Yvelines during the French legislative elections in 1986, under the colours of the Rassemblement national which gathered members of the National Front and candidates supported by Jean-Marie Le Pen's party. Wagner was not reelected in 1988.
He founded in October 1986 the Institut d'Histoire et de Politique along with Roland Hélie and Philippe Colombani, a formation center of the National Front.
He has published books criticizing parliamentarism, and another one named "The trial of Maurras." Georges-Paul Wagner participated to Présent, a far-right review linked to the FN. He has defended in court Jean-Marie Le Pen, as well as members of the OAS terrorist movement who tried to assassinate General Charles de Gaulle at Le Petit-Clamart in 1962. He obtained the acquittement of Michel-Georges Micberth in the affair of the Pompidou's checks.
He succeeded in June 2001 to the historian Pierre Chaumeil at the head of the Association professionnelle de la presse monarchiste française (Professional Association of French Monarchist Press), created in 1882. He died on June 11, 2006.

Paul-Marie François Rousset, Ist. del Prado (August 27, 1921 – January 9, 2016), was a French prelate of the Roman Catholic Church.
Rousset was born in Grièges and was ordained a priest on February 24, 1945, from the religious order of Ist. del Prado. Rousset was appointed titular bishop of the Utimma as well as auxiliary archbishop of the Archdiocese of Lyon on January 24, 1966. He was ordained a bishop on March 6, 1966. Rousset was appointed bishop of Saint-Étienne on February 23, 1971, and resigned from the diocese on September 28, 1987. He died on January 9, 2016.

Pascal Arrighi (16 June 1921 – 18 August 2004) was a French politician.
Arrighi was born in Vico, Corse-du-Sud. He represented the French Radical Party (from 1956 to 1958), the Union for the New Republic (from 1958 to 1962), and the National Front (from 1986 to 1988) in the French National Assembly. He joined the National Centre of Independents and Peasants in 1989.
