Frédéric Lefebvre (French pronunciation: [fʁedeʁik ləfɛvʁ]; born 14 October 1963 in Neuilly-sur-Seine) is a French politician who served as Secretary of State for Trade, Small and Medium Enterprises, Tourism, Services, Liberal professions and Consumption under the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, François Baroin, in the government of Prime Minister François Fillon. From 2008 to 2009 and from 2013 until 2017, he was a member of the National Assembly, representing the Hauts-de-Seine department. He is also the founder of l'Ame Nord, a non-profit organization dedicated to serve the interests of French residents living in the US and Canada.

Muriel Hermine (born 3 September 1963) is a synchronized swimmer from France. She competed in the 1984, 1988 Summer Olympics and won the 50-59 solo world title in the 2015 FINA Masters World Championships at the age of 51.

Éric Frechon (born 16 November 1963) is a French chef, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and three stars at the Guide Michelin. He has been described as "chef royalty" and received positive reviews as chef of the restaurant Épicure at the Hôtel Le Bristol in Paris. Thierry Marie (born 25 June 1963) is a French former cyclist. Marie often performed well in prologue stages: he won the Tour de France prologue three times in his career, and because of that he wore the yellow jersey in those three years, for seven days in total. He also competed in the team time trial event at the 1984 Summer Olympics. On stage six of the 1991 Tour de France Marie rode alone for six hours and 234 km to win the stage and set the record for the longest post-war successful breakaway.Marie along with Greg LeMond was one of the first cyclists to experiment with aerodynamic improvements.

Éric Boyer (2 December 1963) is a French former professional road bicycle racer.Boyer was born in Choisy-le-Roi. In the 1988 Tour de France, he finished in 5th place in the overall classification - the highest placed French finisher. Boyer won a stage in the 1991 Giro d'Italia.
After his racing career, Boyer worked for television (including Eurosport and L'Equipe) and newspapers. He was manager of the Cofidis team from 2005 until June 2012. In addition he briefly served as president of the AIGCP from 2008 to 2009.

Philippe Bercovici is a French comics artist of Franco-Belgian comics. Having illustrated a wide range of series, Bercovici is perhaps most known for Les Femmes en Blanc written by Cauvin, started in 1981. Initially under the pseudonym Thélonius, he drew the gag series Le Boss written by Zidrou, revolving around the chief editor of Spirou magazine.
Known for working at unusually high speeds, in 1999 Bercovici illustrated an entire issue of Spirou on his own (No. 3183), imitating the styles of the other regular artists, including the continuing stories.Bercovici has also drawn the 2010 satire album Robert Parker: Les Sept Pêchés capiteux, written by Benoist Simmat concerning American wine critic Robert M. Parker, Jr.

Martin Hirsch (born 6 December 1963 in Suresnes) is a French civil servant who was the former head of Emmaüs France, the former High Commissioner for Active Solidarity against Poverty, and the High Commissioner for Youth in the government of François Fillon. Hirsch was in charge of setting up the Revenu de solidarité active and left the government in March 2010 to head the state's Civic Service Agency.Hirsch holds a master's degree in Neurobiology and is an alumnus of the École Normale Supérieure and of the École Nationale d'Administration.
He is married to Florence Noiville.
