French male comedians

Jérémy Ferrari (born 6 April 1985) is a French comedian and radio/television presenter. He is known for his black comedy. In his comedic sketches, he deals with racism, xenophobia, misogyny, and other forms of discrimination.

Laurent Lafitte (born 22 August 1973) is a French actor. He is known for playing the role of Patrick in Elle. In March 2016 he was named as the host of the opening and closing ceremonies at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival. In 2023 he starred in the Netflix mini-series Class Act (original name "Tapie") as the French businessman and politician Bernard Tapie.

Pierre Repp (5 November 1909 in Saint-Pol-sur-Ternoise, France – 1 November 1986 in Plessis-Trévise, France) was a French humorist and actor. His real name was Pierre Alphonse Léon Frédéric Bouclet. On 14 August 1930, he married Ferdinande Alice Andrée Bouclet in Lille.
He is famous in France for his unique comic talent. He used to simulate stuttering while talking, in a humoristic way, trying to pronounce some words and finally replacing them by others. In a famous French sketch, "Les crêpes", he explained the recipe that way, with sentences like this one: "Then you add some mamerlade, oh sorry ! Some marlamade... Uh! Me, I pour some chocolate".
Pierre Repp appeared in many theatre plays and TV shows, but mainly in music-hall and cabarets in Paris or on tour. Pierre Repp has his place in the French cinéma story due to many "third-roles" in about forty films.

Since rising to prominence in the 2000s as he collaborated extensively with Omar Sy on the Service après-vente des émissions series on Canal+, Testot has starred in various film, theatre and television productions. He notably held the lead role in the 2017 thriller miniseries La Mante, which aired on TF1 and later premiered on Netflix.

In 1925, he starred as Napoleon with Gloria Swanson in Madame Sans-Gene. In 1927 he played Napoleon in the Donald Crisp directed The Fighting Eagle. In 1948, he appeared, again as Napoleon, in the film The Lame Devil.

Several of his videos have been viewed tens of millions of times.

Florent Peyre (born 14 May 1980) is a French comedian. He is known for participating in Laurent Ruquier's sketch comedy show On n'demande qu'à en rire.

Rémi Gaillard (French pronunciation: [ʁemi ɡajaʁ]; born 7 February 1975 in Montpellier, France) is a French prankster, YouTuber and animal rights activist. Well-known for his videos on YouTube, his channel is the 100th most subscribed comedy channel on YouTube with more than 7.29 million subscribers as of January 2023.After losing his job at a shoe store and leaving Preston Manor School, Rémi began to use his free time to run pranks on the public. Gaillard gained attention in the French media after performing a series of pranks, including an appearance disguised as a Lorient football player in the 2002 Coupe de France final match, during which he took part in the winners' celebrations and was greeted by then president of the French Republic, Jacques Chirac. He plays football non-professionally, and has posted numerous trick shot videos, including one with Brazilian footballer Ronaldo.
Gaillard has appeared in several sports events, TV game shows and political rallies as well as the 2011 Banksy-produced documentary, The Antics Roadshow.On November 30, 2023, Gaillard published a video on his YouTube channel titled "EPILOGUE" in which he symbolically buried various logos of social media websites of which his content was uploaded to, alluding to a possible hiatus in his content.
