Donald Jay Irwin (September 7, 1926 – July 7, 2013) was a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Connecticut's 4th district, Connecticut State Treasurer and mayor of Norwalk, Connecticut.

Charlotte Milton Caldwell Giesen (January 27, 1907 – January 28, 1995) (nicknamed "Pinkie") was a Virginia politician and news editor. A lifelong resident of Radford, Virginia, she served in the Virginia House of Delegates from 1958 to 1961, becoming the first Republican woman elected to the House.

Clifford Wallace (Red) Beck (1907 – December 8, 1985) was an American politician in the state of Washington. He served in the Washington House of Representatives for the 26th district from 1961 to 1975 and in the Senate from 1974 to 1979.

William C. Kavanaugh (May 26, 1914, in East Chicago, Indiana – March 8, 1991, in Sun City West, Arizona), was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly.Kavanaugh was born on May 26, 1914. He would graduate from Oglethorpe University. During World War II, Kavanaugh served in the United States Army. He died on March 14, 1991.

John Richard Rarick (January 29, 1924 – September 14, 2009) was an American lawyer, jurist, and World War II veteran who served four terms in the U.S. House of Representatives, serving Louisiana's 6th congressional district from 1967 to 1975.

Allan Henry Spear (June 24, 1937 – October 11, 2008) was an American politician and educator from Minnesota who served almost thirty years in the Minnesota Senate, including nearly a decade as President of the Senate.

Kilmer Blaine Corbin (June 18, 1919 – January 7, 1993), was an American politician and attorney who served in the Texas State Senate from 1949 to 1957.
Corbin was the father of actor Barry Corbin.

Monroe Mark Sweetland (January 20, 1910 – September 10, 2006) was an American politician in the state of Oregon. A native of the state, he served in both houses of the Oregon Legislative Assembly starting in 1953 for a total of ten years. A Democrat, he also twice ran and lost bids to serve as the Oregon Secretary of State and was a Democratic National Committeeman. Sweetland later served on the staff of the National Education Association, supporting passage of the Bilingual Education Act of 1968.

Virginia B. MacDonald (née Blue) (October 24, 1920 – July 12, 2008) was an American politician.
Born in El Paso, Texas, MacDonald went to the University of New Mexico. MacDonald lived in Arlington Heights, Illinois, and was involved with the Republican Party. She served in the Illinois Constitutional Convention of 1970. MacDonald served in the Illinois House of Representatives from 1973 to 1983. MacDonald then served in the Illinois State Senate from 1983 to 1993. She died at her home in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

Forest D. Etheredge (October 21, 1929 – June 26, 2004) was an American educator and politician who served as a Republican member of the Illinois Senate from 1981 to 1993.
