Manuel Pertegaz Ibáñez (18 May 1918 - 30 August 2014) known as Manuel Pertegaz or simply as Pertegaz was a Spanish fashion designer. He was so highly regarded that he was asked to succeed Christian Dior in 1957 as head designer at Dior, but chose to remain in Spain, where by the 1960s he was considered its leading couturier.
Rosario de Vivanco (born 3 July 1949) is a Peruvian former freestyle swimmer. She competed at the 1964 Summer Olympics and the 1968 Summer Olympics. She was the first woman to represent Peru at the Olympics.
Pierre-Victor or Pierre Victor Galtier ((1846-10-15)15 October 1846 – (1908-04-24)24 April 1908) was a veterinarian and professor at the National Veterinary School of Lyon, specialising in pathology of infectious diseases, health surveillance and commercial and medical legislation. He developed a rabies vaccine which had some experimental success in laboratory animals.
Teresa Andrés Zamora (1907–1946) was a Spanish librarian who led the Sección de Bibliotecas de Cultura Popular. She was a Valenician Ministry of Public Instruction delegate, communist militant, feminist, republican, and trade unionist. Andrés fled into exile, first to Belgium and later to France, where she remained involved in politics until her death on 5 July 1946 from leukaemia.
René Rocher (5 August 1890, in Paris – 24 June 1970) was a France stage actor and theater director.
In 1923, René Rocher gave its name to the current Comédie-Caumartin. He was managing director of the Théâtre Antoine from 1928 to 1933, then the Théâtre du Vieux-Colombier from 1935 to 1943, and the Théâtre de l'Odéon from 1940 to 1944.

Baron Adolph de Meyer (1 September 1868 – 6 January 1946) was a photographer famed for his photographic portraits in the early 20th century, many of which depicted celebrities such as Mary Pickford, Rita Lydig, Luisa Casati, Billie Burke, Irene Castle, John Barrymore, Lillian Gish, Ruth St. Denis, King George V, and Queen Mary. He was also the first official fashion photographer for the American magazine Vogue, appointed to that position in 1913.
Giovanni Prati (27 January 1815 – 9 May 1884) was an Italian poet and politician.
Prati was born in Dasindo, province of Trento, then part of the Austrian Empire. He was educated in law at Padua. Adopting a literary career, he was inspired by anti-Austrian feeling and devotion to the royal house of Savoy, and in early life his combination of a sympathy for national independence with monarchical sentiments brought him into trouble in both quarters, to the point that Guerrazzi expelled him from Tuscany in 1849 for his praise of Carlo Alberto. These sentiments also led him to attend the "Salotto Maffei" salons in Milan, hosted by Clara Maffei.
In 1862 he was elected a deputy to the Italian parliament, and in 1876 a senator. He died in Rome on 9 May 1884. Prati was a prolific poet, his volumes of verse ranging from his romantic narrative Ermenegarda (1841) to the lyrics collected in Psiche (1875) and Iside (1878). His Opere vane were published in five volumes in 1875, and a selection in one volume in 1892.
