Ernesto_Alonso

Ernesto Alonso (February 28, 1917 – August 7, 2007) was a Mexican producer, director, cinematographer and actor. He was nicknamed "El Señor Telenovela" ("Mr. Soap Opera") because most of his work centered on telenovelas known around the world.

Birgit_Strøm

Birgit Målfrid Strøm (9 August 1931 – 11 January 2007) was a Norwegian actress, puppeteer, dramatic adviser, singer and non-fiction writer. She was born in Oslo. She was the daughter of the actor Julian Strøm and the sister of the puppeteer and actress Elisabeth Strøm Henriksen.
She is known for giving voice to the puppets Titten Tei and Jon Arthur Vimsen. Her stage adaptations include fairy tales such as Det var en gang and Gjete kongens harer, and Alf Prøysen's Teskjekjerringa på teater. Among her song recordings are "Pappa'n til Tove Mette" and "Gøy på landet" (Wheezy Anna).

Carlo_Maria_Badini

Carlo Maria Badini (2 June 1925, in Bologna – 19 April 2007, in Bologna) was a renowned Italian arts administrator. From 1964 to 1977 he was the Sovrintendente or General Manager of the Teatro Comunale di Bologna and from 1977 through 1990 he was the Sovrintendente of La Scala. Badini created controversy as a result of the unorthodox methods he used to revitalize La Scala's finances, which had reportedly reached a 2.8 million dollar (US) deficit, such as the introduction of television cameras to record performances and allowing advertisements on the programmes. These innovations allowed the opera house to emerge from the deficit within two years of their implementation. Upon his 1990 departure from La Scala, Badini continued work in the Italian artistic community, becoming chairman of the National Theatre Organization in Italy and co-founding the Mozart Orchestra in Bologna, which he formed alongside former La Scala music director Claudio Abbado.

Arve_Opsahl

Arve Opsahl (14 May 1921 – 29 April 2007) was a Norwegian movie and stage actor, singer and stand-up comedian.
Opsahl began his career as a comedian in 1942, and played numerous roles both on stage and in more than forty movies. He was then chosen to be the head of Olsenbanden, Egon Olsen. He played Egon Olsen in the first movie in 1969, and in all other 13 movies, until the last one in 1999. He is also well known for his role as the old man "Henry" in the Norwegian sitcom Mot i brøstet, airing from 1993 to 1997. He reprised the role for the reunion film Tusenårsfesten in 1999.

Jean_Rédélé

Jean Rédélé (17 May 1922, Dieppe, Seine-Maritime – 10 August 2007 Paris), was an automotive pioneer, pilot and founder of the French automotive brand Alpine.
With a HEC diploma, he was the youngest Renault dealer in France, with a dealership installed in Dieppe. Rédélé first started (1950) rallying Dieppe-Rouen with a 4 CV, because he considered the small French car had a great rallying potential. This first race was a first victory, and he decided to continue. After a failed Monte Carlo Rally Rédelé started racing in the French Alps. In the Alps he had his greatest victories. That's why his cars bore the brand "Alpine" as a memento of his first victory in the 1954 Coupe des Alpes.
Jean Rédélé's first car was a 4CV coach, in 1952. Then the second special 4Cv spéciale "The Marquis" was presented at the New York car show in 1954, without posterity.
He created the brand Alpine on 1955. The first model is the A106 coach. The 106 is a reference to the power pack of the 4CV of the 1060 series. In 1971 Alpine won its first European title for European rallies. In 1973 Alpine was the first world champion of rallying with 155 points followed by Fiat (89) and Ford (76).

Alexandra Boulat (2 May 1962 – 5 October 2007) was a French photographer born in Paris. In 2001, she co-founded the VII Photo Agency. Her work has appeared in many magazines, including Time, Newsweek, Paris Match and National Geographic Magazine and she received numerous international awards.

Philippe_Malaud

Philippe Malaud (2 October 1925, in Paris – 14 October 2007, in Paris) was a French diplomat and politician. He graduated from the École nationale d'administration in 1956. From 1968 until 1978, he was a member of the Independent Republicans.
He was the minister of civil service between 1973 and 1974 and was Minister of Information for a short period of time. Between 1973 and 1981, he was a member of the Parliament. Then between 1984 and 1989, he was a Member of the European Parliament.

René_Desmaison

René Desmaison (April 14, 1930, in Bourdeilles, Dordogne – September 28, 2007) was a veteran French mountaineer, climber and alpinist.Desmaison had climbed more than 1,000 mountains since the 1950s. He made the first ascent of 114 previously unclimbed mountains throughout the Andes, Alps and Himalayas in his 40-year climbing career. He is also credited with creating several new winter routes in the Alps.René Desmaison died on September 28, 2007, at La Timone Hospital in Marseille, France. He was 77 years old.

Lucien Teisseire (11 December 1919 – 22 December 2007) was a French professional road bicycle racer. He was born in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, Alpes-Maritimes. He is most known for his bronze medal in the 1948 UCI Road World Championships. He finished second in the 1945 Paris–Roubaix.
