Philip John Sarboe (August 22, 1911 – November 19, 1985) was an American football player and coach. He played college football at the State College of Washington—now Washington State University—and professionally in National Football League (NFL) with the Boston Redskins, Chicago Cardinals, and Brooklyn Dodgers.
Sarboe served as the head football coach at Central Washington College of Education—now Central Washington University—from 1941 to 1942, Washington State from 1945 to 1949, Humboldt State College—now Humboldt State University—from 1951 to 1965, and the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1966, compiling a career college football record of 131–75–11 (.629).
