Augusta Déjerine-Klumpke (15 October 1859 – 5 November 1927) was an American-born French medical doctor known for her work in neuroanatomy. She was one of the first female interns to work in a hospital in Paris. She was a recipient of the Officier de la Légion d'honneur and Chevalier de la Légion d'honneur.
Déjerine-Klumpke discovered Klumpke paralysis, which is named after her.
